Come to the Presentation of Madison’s Strategic Plan!
December 11th, 5:30pm Due West Towers, 612 Due West Rd. (at the former Memorial Hospital property)
All Together Madison and our community partners are pleased to present the Draft Madison Strategic Plan for the community’s input and review.
The strategic plan evolved through grassroots efforts aimed at Madison’s revitalization. With generous funding from the Memorial Foundation and private investors, Randall Gross / Development Economics was hired to examine Madison’s economic potential, work with the community to identify issues and opportunities, and develop a Strategic Plan for Madison’s future.
After more than a year of hard work and community input, draft strategies for Madison’s revitalization will be presented on December 11. You are invited to provide your final input before a written plan is completed for distribution to the community, funders, investors, and Metro leadership in January.
Come celebrate the community’s hard work, along with Madison’s glorious past and it’s exciting future. In addition to the strategy presentation, Metro Arts will introduce the artist engaged to lead Madison’s public art project and food will be provided by Gresham, Smith & Partners and other sponsors as part of the festivities.
And we decided to make this gathering and celebration of Madison an annual holiday tradition as a pop-up, potluck so If anyone would like to bring a tasty treat to share, you are welcome to it. Show off your Madison small businesses!
